Terms of use
This is a translation for convenience. The French version is the one that applies.
These terms apply to the website www.theauralist.eu and to The Auralist's Telegram bot (together, the service). By using the service, you accept them. The service is published by David Michael Muller (legal notice).
What The Auralist does
The Auralist finds designer pieces officially on sale at retailers that deliver to the EU with nothing extra to pay on delivery, checks the discounts against its own price history, and alerts you when a piece you watch matches your size and price. The service is free.
We never sell
The Auralist sells nothing and takes no payment, order or return. When you buy, you buy from the retailer, under the retailer's terms, prices, delivery, returns and warranties. Any question about an order goes to the retailer.
Prices and stock
Prices, discounts and stock come from retailers' data, recorded at the time shown beside them. They can change at any moment. The price at the retailer's checkout is the one that applies. When we find or are told about an error, we correct it promptly: write to contact@theauralist.eu.
A check state (checked, higher reference than we saw, too new to check) describes the prices we observed, as explained in how we check. It is not a judgement of the retailer.
Links and commission
Links to retailers are tracked affiliate links: the retailer may pay us a commission if you buy. You pay the same price. See ranking and remuneration.
Your use of the service
The service is for personal use by people aged 18 or over. Don't use it for anything unlawful, don't try to harm it or get round its limits, and don't copy its data automatically. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running and its information accurate, but we can't promise that it will always be available or that every alert will arrive. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for a purchase you make at a retailer or for a missed alert. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date below shows the current version, and we tell bot users about important changes. These terms are governed by French law. If you have a complaint, write to contact@theauralist.eu first; we answer within 30 days.
